Hey I’m Gianna! I’m a wife and mom to my daughter Nyla and my son Micah, a lover of 90’s Hip-Hop and R&B, and all things red and pink.

And somewhere along the way, I became known as the Queen of Ideation—not because I give you more ideas, but because I help you make sense of the ones you already have.

My work blends emotional intelligence, energetic alignment, and business strategy to move you from overwhelm to clarity—and from effort to alignment.

MY STORY

I’ve always been someone who naturally helps people.

Every job I’ve ever had—no matter the title—centered around supporting others, guiding them, or helping them move forward in some way.

But when I became a mom and decided to pursue entrepreneurship…

everything shifted.

I wasn’t just building a business anymore—

I was trying to balance motherhood, time, identity, and a vision I couldn’t fully explain yet.

And if I’m honest…

it was hard.

I struggled with self-doubt.
I questioned if I was making the right decision.
I wondered if I was truly capable of building the life I could see so clearly in my mind.

Because I’ve always been a visionary.

I’ve always been able to see what’s possible before it fully exists.

But that came with its own challenges.

There were moments where I shared ideas that felt so clear to me—

but they were ahead of their time, and people didn’t always understand them.

And that created a cycle…

Starting.
Stopping.
Second-guessing.
Trying again.

There were even seasons where I felt stuck in a fog—

what may have looked like inconsistency on the outside…

was actually deep processing and clarity building within me.

But through all of it, one thing remained true:

The ideas never stopped coming.

Ideas move through me quickly—almost instinctively.

And over time, I realized that wasn’t something to question…

it was something to own.

That’s where the name Queen of Ideation came from.

Not just because I have ideas—

but because I’ve learned how to trust them, refine them, and bring them into alignment with who I actually am.
